Champagne Ayala La Perle 2015 is an exceptional vintage Champagne showcasing the refined craftsmanship of Maison Ayala. Made exclusively from Grand Cru grapes from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, the blend comprises 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir.

Aged for more than eight years under natural cork, with traditional hand riddling and manual disgorgement, this Extra-Brut Champagne offers a complex and elegant profile. The nose reveals aromas of toasted bread, hazelnut, mild tobacco, dried flowers and a subtle hint of eucalyptus. On the palate, it displays candied citrus, cocoa and dried-fruit flavours, with fine bitterness providing structure and impressive length.
