This Brut Nature Millésimé is made from the best grapes of our finest vines in exceptional years only. It’s a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that will remain in our cellars for at least 6 years before disgorging. Our Millésime is always a zero dosage, “Brut Nature”, to preserve the elegance and typicity of our terroir. 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay.

Tasting Notes This Champagne has a luminous, pale yellow color. It is animated by fine bubbles that feed a persistent cordon. The visual impression is of a fresh, nuanced wine.

The Nose Typical of our terroir, expressing intense scents of iodized limestone mixed with notes of lemon and cherry. Aeration reveals elegant notes of white flowers, fresh almonds, wild raspberry and pink grapefruit.

The Palate The first impression on the palate is rich and fresh, with a creamy effervescence. The Champagne develops a certain greediness; a complex, fruity substance, underlined by pomelo acidity, fresh fruit and length on the palate.The precise, elegant finish demonstrates the overall harmony of this excellent vintage, with a chalky, saline freshness that resonates on the palate, the signature of our terroirs.
