This wine displays a pale straw colour with vibrant green glints. The nose shows fresh aromas of apple, quince and pear, leading to riper flavours of stewed apple, quince paste, cantaloupe and loquat and a fresh crisp palate with delicate bubbles. Inspired by the classic Italian examples, this Prosecco has a light and refreshing finish.

Region

The King Valley & Alpine Valley wine regions are found in north-east Victoria and are one of the most visited in Australia, especially during the ski season. The regions have long moderate growing conditions to produce high-quality grapes that influence the wines intense fruit and natural acidity flavours.
