The team press off skins after half a day’s contact and the juice wild ferments while cloudy, in old puncheons, before maturation on lees in barrel for four months. The colour is a gentle sunset pink. Lovely spicy floral aromatics help show the versatility of this famous grape. An elegant style with drive and focus, fine acidity and a long, lovely finish.
